“My passion is helping people improve their lives through Real Estate, whether that be helping them buy their first home, sell their long-time family home, or get them started on the path to financial independence through investing. My Real Estate career started by accident in 1996 with the purchase of my first property. As a single woman, I purchased a duplex home and by default became a landlord and an investor. It turned out having a tenant pay a portion of my rent provided a great financial benefit. I cut my teeth in Real Estate doing investing for myself and nothing gives me more satisfaction than using my knowledge to help my clients."
About David
David started his career as a contractor before getting his degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas. Because David understands the mechanics of how homes are built, he also has a very good eye for identifying red flags and defects. His analytical mind is an asset in the buying process, he uses his knowledge to assess value and negotiate sales price and repairs. When he isn’t selling Real Estate or managing property, David enjoys doing projects on his own 1955 home which is “a work in process” and working out at Camp Gladiator.
“The best day of my old career was the day I got laid off from my corporate job in 2016. It allowed me time that I didn’t have before to focus on building our Real Estate investment portfolio. Through analyzing the data and leveraging our investments I was able to turn five rental properties into eleven. Now, as a full time Realtor, I get to help other people build their wealth through Real Estate.”
