Edy is an amazing real estate agent. I am really grateful to her for the incredible job she did selling my house. Just before my house was to go on the market, there was a mysterious water leak. I was in another state. Edy helped me to track down the source of the water, which wasn’t easy (it turned out it was the water dispenser on the refrigerator that malfunctioned due to a power surge!) So then repairs had to be made, and Edy helped me through the whole process of getting the house back in shape. She provided essential moral support as well as contacts for repair people. Then she sold the house and had a lot of insight about vetting buyers and did a fantastic job with negotiations. This was the most difficult home sale I’ve ever been involved with, and I’m really glad I had Edy as my selling agent.
