We are so glad we chose Edy for our selling agent. We tried to sell our home ourselves as For Sale By Owner and we got nowhere. The only interested callers we got were agents trying to get us to sign with them. After a couple weeks of that frustration we decided to go with an agent. We interviewed a half dozen real estate agents. Some we immediately knew were not any kind of go- getter we would expect, some dazzled us with all kinds of technological angles, how they do business, one had a tempting lower commission angle, and then there was Edy. She gave us ideas on how to stage the house and yard, got a professional photographer to take pictures for the listing but most of all she had an idea how best to sell our place. She worked the listing and open house with such a plan that our house was on the market four days and we had to choose between six offers all over our asking price! She purposely listed it what I thought was just a little low in hopes of creating that effect. It really worked. She is so helpful and supportive through what is a very stressful time in people’s lives. She is the right call
